WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
Our focus is Quality, Reliability and Performance…
Our process begins by selecting only ISV certified components that have been certified by both Dell and SolidWorks. We then choose premium Graphics Cards, RAM, Power Supplies, and other components based on the intended level of use. This is our foundation.
Next, we ensure that your future machine is a “Clean Slate.” We do this by ensuring your machine is running the most stable and efficient version of the Windows® Operating System. Your machine will not arrive with any bloat-ware.
We finally test the configuration against our custom computer benchmark, the SolidMark® benchmark, to quantify performance and reliability.
HOW DO I GET STARTED?
Take a look at our Creative, Engineer, and Professional series products. If you have specific questions about the bundles, please contact us. We can make slight modifications to our bundles, including upgrades on monitors and accessories.
Once you have chosen your perfect machine, use our ecommerce site to finalize your purchase. After the purchase you will receive a confirmation Email along with a tracking number.
After we receive your order, we will make contact with you and gather all the necessary information to install your SolidWorks software onto your machine, along with any available updates. Before we ship it, we run the SolidMark® benchmark once again to verify quality, reliability, and performance.
We keep systems on hand, so your system can arrive within as soon as two days after placing the order. Once the system arrives, we will make contact again to ensure satisfaction and answer any questions.
HOW CAN SOLIDBOX OFFER GREAT QUALITY & FAST DELIVERY, AT A PRICE LESS THAN DELL?
Predefined system configurations allow SolidBox to negotiate volume pricing on Dell systems. These savings are passed onto the customer. This allows SolidBox to stay in business while providing a quality product and service to its customers at a cost below Dell’s direct pricing.
Inventory & Delivery Times
Our predefined system configurations allow SolidBox to keep several units “on hand” without the traditional risk and extra cost associated with overhead. Also, having extra units on hand gives SolidBox the upper hand when a customer needs a replacement system ASAP!
