May 2, 2012 at 7:52 pmI have used SolidWorks since 1998, and had a variety of computers / workstations. I have also worked on large assemblies a considerable amount of that time, that being said this SolidBox mobile workstation is superior to anything I have had to date! The total boot-up time was a mere 38 seconds and I was ready to work! Multiple applications run seamlessly, and large assemblies open in a flash. I have been running it this laptop hard since the day I received it and have been unable to crash it – simply AMAZING. We do however use a vault to store most CAD files, so my 128GB solid state drive is plenty, but if you need more I am sure the team at SolidBox can put together anything you need. I have had only one other laptop prior to this one, and it was not my primary system. I would highly recommend this workstation.
