You might get by with the minimum Mastercam hardware requirements for 2.5 and 3 axis toolpath programming. However, the minimum just won’t do if you plan on taking advantage of any of the Dynamic toolpaths in Mastercam. Including if 4 or 5 axis machining is a requirement for cutting your parts. Without a workstation that meets or exceeds the minimum hardware requirements for Mastercam, you risk substantial loss of productivity.
